DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, images, and videos, to align with our brand’s values and messaging.
  • Design eye-catching graphics and visual content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of our cleaning services for use across social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance and provide regular reports with recommendations.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader company objectives.
  • Stay updated with trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

 

  • KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
  • Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for detail.
  • Creative thinking with a strong ability to write engaging and relevant content.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A passion for cleaning services and a customer-centric approach.
