DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, images, and videos, to align with our brand’s values and messaging.
- Design eye-catching graphics and visual content that resonates with our target audience.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of our cleaning services for use across social media platforms.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance and provide regular reports with recommendations.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader company objectives.
- Stay updated with trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for detail.
- Creative thinking with a strong ability to write engaging and relevant content.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for cleaning services and a customer-centric approach.
