DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential retail clients within Nairobi who can benefit from POS systems.
- Use cold-calling, door-to-door visits, referrals, and networking to generate leads.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track outreach efforts.
- Meet prospective clients in person to present POS solutions tailored to their business needs.
- Address client questions, objections, and concerns effectively to close sales.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders promptly.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide management with feedback on client needs, competitor activity
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Share best practices and strategies with colleagues to improve team performance.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Aggressive, results-oriented, and self-motivated mindset
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Basic understanding of retail operations is an added advantage
