DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify potential retail clients within Nairobi who can benefit from POS systems.
  • Use cold-calling, door-to-door visits, referrals, and networking to generate leads.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track outreach efforts.
  • Meet prospective clients in person to present POS solutions tailored to their business needs.
  • Address client questions, objections, and concerns effectively to close sales.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders promptly.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide management with feedback on client needs, competitor activity
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Share best practices and strategies with colleagues to improve team performance.
