DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects across different sectors aligned with company services.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Initiate contact and build strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored service solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and responsiveness.

Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s offerings and value proposition.
  • Explain service benefits clearly and confidently, addressing client concerns and objections effectively.

Negotiation & Closing Deals

  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements with clients to close deals in alignment with company policies.
  • Follow through on leads and proposals to convert prospects into paying clients.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on industry developments and client needs.

Sales Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools or sales logs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for review by the sales manager.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with marketing to refine sales messaging, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
  • Coordinate with operations or service delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service execution.

Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to improve sales tactics and efficiency.

Client Retention & After-Sales Support

  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Professional Development

  • Attend training, workshops, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
  • Stay informed on changes in the industry and adapt strategies accordingly.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service sales (real estate, insurance, banking, or logistics preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and results-focused mindset
