DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Actively identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects across different sectors aligned with company services.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Initiate contact and build strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored service solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and responsiveness.
Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s offerings and value proposition.
- Explain service benefits clearly and confidently, addressing client concerns and objections effectively.
Negotiation & Closing Deals
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements with clients to close deals in alignment with company policies.
- Follow through on leads and proposals to convert prospects into paying clients.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular feedback to management on industry developments and client needs.
Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools or sales logs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for review by the sales manager.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with marketing to refine sales messaging, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with operations or service delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service execution.
Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
- Analyze sales data to improve sales tactics and efficiency.
Client Retention & After-Sales Support
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Professional Development
- Attend training, workshops, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
- Stay informed on changes in the industry and adapt strategies accordingly.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service sales (real estate, insurance, banking, or logistics preferred)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-driven, ambitious, and results-focused mindset
