JOB SUMMARY

As the Marketing Manager, you will continue to lead our marketing efforts, developing and executing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure our marketing initiatives align with our overall business objectives. Will work closely with other Sales managers to develop and implement campaigns that drive sales and grow the brand. Oversee departmental activities.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Oversee and manage traditional advertising and outdoor marketing.
  • Lead and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogs, and digital content.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website management and social media engagement.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Establish and implement strategies to motivate the marketing team and head the monthly and weekly meetings with the marketing team
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment, providing overall guidance and supervisory of the team.
  • Meet with potential customers and be in charge of major accounts and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
  • Open dealership market countrywide with aim of growing business countrywide
  • Monitor and analyze performance of company’s products nationally and suggest improvements.
  • Liaise with Marketing and production departments to ensure brand consistency and improvements.
  • Ensure correct data on daily, weekly, monthly marketing reports is given.
  • Coordinate CSR activities of the company.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in marketing or related
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and content management systems
  • Loyal and disposed to protect the company’s image
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, with attention to accuracy
