DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and sell the company’s construction materials to customers within assigned regions.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations and provide technical advice where necessary.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and market feedback.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or any related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in field sales, preferably in construction materials or hardware
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
