DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote and sell the company’s construction materials to customers within assigned regions.
  • Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide technical advice where necessary.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and market feedback.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or any related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in field sales, preferably in construction materials or hardware
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
