DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue goals.
- Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including beauty shops, pharmacies, and supermarkets.
- Oversee the sales team, set individual targets, and provide guidance and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Negotiate and close deals with key accounts while ensuring excellent customer service.
Digital Marketing
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and Google Ads to drive online sales and brand awareness.
- Manage the company’s e-commerce presence, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing and beauty products to stay ahead of the competition.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Conduct regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills within the team.
- Foster a results-oriented culture while encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
Brand Development
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all channels.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales and digital marketing, preferably in the beauty/cosmetic industry
- Strong understanding of beauty industry dynamics, including distribution to beauty shops, pharmacies, and supermarkets.
- Demonstrated ability to sell beauty products both online and offline.
- Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and tools.
