SALES REPRESENTATIVE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively source, identify, and approach new clients to promote beauty and cosmetic products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, including beauty salons, retailers, and wholesalers.
• Provide clients with personalized product recommendations based on their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the features and benefits of various beauty products.
• Support retailers in the effective display and promotion of products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the assigned area.
• Provide feedback and sales reports to management regularly.
• Participate in and organize product promotional activities, events, and campaigns to boost product visibility and customer acquisition.
• Ensure timely placement of orders and coordinate with the supply team to maintain adequate stock levels in outlets.
• Follow up on product deliveries and payments with clients.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Strong network and connections in the beauty or cosmetics retail space (e.g., beauty salons, spas, beauty shops).
• Excellent knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products, trends, and customer preferences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Ability to present and demonstrate products effectively.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
