DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Communication and Quotation Management
- Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients as per their requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for new and ongoing inquiries, ensuring timely and clear responses.
Requirement Tracking and Follow-Up
- Regularly follow up with clients regarding their requirements, inquiries, and feedback.
- Maintain a detailed record of client needs and ensure their timely fulfillment.
Financial Coordination
- Send statements to clients, track outstanding payments, and follow up for collection in a professional manner.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by maintaining regular communication.
- Monitor and document monthly client requirements to ensure their needs are met consistently.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Word, Excel, and email.
- Provide periodic updates to the sales team and management on client interactions and sales activities.
Follow-Up Calls
- Engage in regular follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role, preferably in the chemical industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
