DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Proactively identify and qualify potential clients in need of branding and marketing services.
- Utilize various channels such as referrals, networking events, cold calling, social media, and inbound inquiries to build a robust pipeline.
Client Engagement & Presentations
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with prospective clients.
- Present tailored proposals and branding solutions that meet client needs, using visuals, samples, and presentations.
- Articulate the value proposition of the company's services clearly and convincingly.
Sales Closure & Account Acquisition
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and deliverables with clients in line with company policies.
- Follow up diligently to close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the key point of contact for assigned accounts, providing support and resolving any issues.
- Regularly update clients on project status, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.
Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotions, and strategies that drive client interest and brand visibility.
- Assist in content creation, market positioning, and digital marketing efforts when needed.
- Provide feedback from the field to help refine marketing strategies.
Market Research & Intelligence
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Identify new market segments or opportunities for the company’s growth.
- Share insights with management to influence product development and pricing strategies.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activity using CRM tools or sales tracking templates.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market dynamics.
- Meet or exceed set KPIs including sales targets, lead conversion rates, and client acquisition numbers.
Event Participation & Networking
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business networking events.
- Build strategic partnerships and develop strong professional networks in the branding, advertising, and service industries.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with the design, production, and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Relay clear and accurate project briefs and ensure timelines and budgets are respected.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the branding, advertising, or service industry
- Strong understanding of branding concepts and marketing communication
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Confident in delivering client presentations and pitching solutions
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
