DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Generation: Actively prospect and generate new leads for property sales, focusing on residential houses and high-value properties.
- Client Consultation: Meet with prospective buyers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable properties based on budget and requirements.
- Property Viewings: Organize and conduct property viewings, providing clients with detailed information about the property’s features, pricing, and potential.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth transaction process, and successfully closing deals.
- Marketing & Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to create property listings, online advertisements, and promotional materials. Promote properties through social media, real estate portals, and other channels.
- Market Research: Stay informed on the latest trends in the real estate market, competitive property pricing, and industry regulations to provide clients with accurate and current information.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and transactions, and report on performance against sales targets.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in any field.
- 3-5 years’ experience selling real estate especially Houses
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong sales skills, with a track record of successfully closing real estate deals.
- Ability to engage with high-net-worth clients and sell high-value properties.
- Knowledge of the Westlands real estate market and trends is an advantage.
