MULTITASKING SKILLED LABOURER (Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, Tiling and Masonry)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installation of doors, windows, cabinets, and trim work.
• Complete painting duties, including surface preparation, priming, and application of paint to various surfaces.
• Assist with plumbing installations and repairs, such as fitting pipes, fixtures, and performing maintenance.
• Undertake tiling and masonry work, including the installation of tiles, grout, and construction of walls, floors, and other structures.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools for various trades.
• Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure all work is completed accurately.
• Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Proven experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, tiling, and masonry.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools for all trades.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, safety standards, and building codes.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
