DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and target potential customers (hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals) to expand market share.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to medical professionals, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Follow up with leads, convert prospects to customers, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and purchasing managers.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Manage existing accounts and proactively seek opportunities for account growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on product usage, safety, and benefits.
  • Attend product training sessions and maintain thorough knowledge of the product portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including forecasts and updates on progress toward sales goals.
  • Monitor competitors and provide feedback to management on market conditions and competitive activity.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to help guide product development and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote products.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative or in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Strong knowledge of medical products, healthcare professionals, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
