DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and target potential customers (hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals) to expand market share.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to medical professionals, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Follow up with leads, convert prospects to customers, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and purchasing managers.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Manage existing accounts and proactively seek opportunities for account growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
- Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on product usage, safety, and benefits.
- Attend product training sessions and maintain thorough knowledge of the product portfolio.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including forecasts and updates on progress toward sales goals.
- Monitor competitors and provide feedback to management on market conditions and competitive activity.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to help guide product development and marketing strategies.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote products.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- At least 5 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative or in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Strong knowledge of medical products, healthcare professionals, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
