DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively sell and promote skincare products to customers in-store and through direct sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the skincare products and be able to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Monitor and manage stock levels in the store, ensuring products are always available for customers.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to provide valuable feedback to the management team.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, specifically in the beauty or skincare industry.
- A strong understanding of skincare products and their benefits is essential.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
