DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively sell and promote skincare products to customers in-store and through direct sales channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the skincare products and be able to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels in the store, ensuring products are always available for customers.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to provide valuable feedback to the management team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, specifically in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • A strong understanding of skincare products and their benefits is essential.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
