DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers (pharmacies, healthcare providers, hospitals, etc.) to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-ups, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify sales opportunities through effective prospecting and qualify leads based on client needs and buying potential.
  • Keep up-to-date with the company’s product offerings, understanding their features, benefits, and industry relevance, to effectively communicate with potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and client feedback in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to share insights, track leads, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail in managing customer records and following up on leads.
