DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential real estate companies and projects.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our solar products and their benefits.
  • Educate clients on the advantages of solar solutions for real estate developments.

Sales Presentations and Proposals:

  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Draft and negotiate proposals and contracts to secure new business.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer service, to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the real estate sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
