DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential real estate companies and projects.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our solar products and their benefits.
- Educate clients on the advantages of solar solutions for real estate developments.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients.
- Draft and negotiate proposals and contracts to secure new business.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer service, to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the real estate sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in sales CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
