DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for hotel services and packages.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze data to identify potential areas for growth and improvement in services offered.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients to secure favorable contracts and agreements.
  • Address client concerns and challenges proactively, implementing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer engagement.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Capable of identifying issues and implementing practical solutions in a timely manner.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and agreements that benefits both the client and the company.
