DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for hotel services and packages.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze data to identify potential areas for growth and improvement in services offered.
- Engage in negotiations with clients to secure favorable contracts and agreements.
- Address client concerns and challenges proactively, implementing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer engagement.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Capable of identifying issues and implementing practical solutions in a timely manner.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and agreements that benefits both the client and the company.
