DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively promote and sell our products to targeted clients within the assigned territory.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Regularly follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on promotional strategies and product offerings.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales goals, challenges, and strategies.
- Educate clients about the features and benefits of our products, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Provide training and support to customers to ensure proper usage of products.
- Implement sales strategies as directed by management to achieve sales targets.
- Adjust tactics based on feedback and performance metrics.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or diploma in Analytical Chemistry or a related science field (mandatory)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales
- Excellent organization skills
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to overcome objections from potential clients
