DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, and in-person.
  • Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an updated customer database for efficient record-keeping and follow-ups.
  • Handle order processing and coordinate deliveries where necessary.
  • Provide accurate product information to customers and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
  • Monitor customer feedback to provide actionable insights for improving products and services.

Social Media Marketing

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Manage and update the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging content such as posts, reels, and stories to promote the company’s beauty products.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries from social media followers promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct social media campaigns, including promotions, giveaways, and paid ads to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
  • Research social media trends and competitors to stay ahead in the beauty industry.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or social media management (experience in the beauty industry is an added advantage).
  • Proven track record of running successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and analytics tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and strategies.
