DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and cook menu items, including fries, pizza, bajias, fried chicken, and other fast-food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring hygiene standards are met at all times.
  • Monitor and manage food quality, portion control, and presentation.
  • Assist in the development and testing of new menu items and recipes.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Keep track of inventory and report on stock levels for necessary supplies.
  • Follow safety and health regulations to prevent accidents and contamination.
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly.
  • Adhere to all food safety standards, including proper food storage and handling.
  • Handle and resolve any customer complaints related to food quality or preparation.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in a related culinary field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in preparing fast food items such as fries, pizza, bajias, and fried chicken.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for food preparation.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
