DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook menu items, including fries, pizza, bajias, fried chicken, and other fast-food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Monitor and manage food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Assist in the development and testing of new menu items and recipes.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep track of inventory and report on stock levels for necessary supplies.
- Follow safety and health regulations to prevent accidents and contamination.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly.
- Adhere to all food safety standards, including proper food storage and handling.
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints related to food quality or preparation.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in a related culinary field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in preparing fast food items such as fries, pizza, bajias, and fried chicken.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food preparation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
