DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Proactively research and identify potential B2B clients including schools, offices, hospitals, gyms, universities, malls, and HoReCa establishments.
  • Use cold calling, email outreach, field visits, referrals, and industry events to initiate contact with decision-makers.
  • Develop a qualified sales pipeline and maintain an active list of prospects at different stages of the sales funnel.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Conduct introductory meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs, site requirements, and consumption potential.
  • Build trust with stakeholders such as facility managers, procurement officers, and business owners.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Product Demonstrations & Site Evaluations

  • Organize and lead product demos, including the operation and features of vending machines.
  • Visit potential client locations to evaluate site conditions (e.g., space, power source, foot traffic) and recommend appropriate machine types and stock.
  • Provide technical advice on installation, maintenance, and restocking schedules.

Proposal Development & Deal Negotiation

  • Prepare customized sales proposals, pricing plans, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
  • Present commercial terms and negotiate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts are completed accurately and align with company policies.

 

Sales Execution & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Close deals in a timely manner while ensuring proper documentation and coordination with operations for machine delivery and setup.
  • Monitor client satisfaction post-sale and act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams.

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain detailed records of leads, client communications, proposals, and deal status in the company CRM or sales tracking system.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, including progress on targets, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Analyze personal performance metrics to optimize selling strategies.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Monitoring

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to management on product performance, client needs, and potential new features or services.
  • Share recommendations for promotions, bundling, or marketing campaigns based on field observations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the technical, inventory, and customer support teams to ensure machines are delivered and serviced efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials, pitch decks, and promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in internal sales strategy meetings and training sessions.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven ability to prospect, pitch, and close B2B deals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an added advantage
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
