DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines.
- Show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness.
- Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill.
- Monitor clients’ progress and adapt programs as needed.
- Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment.
- Give clients information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues.
- Give emergency first aid if needed.
- Performing other duties that may be assigned to you by the HoD.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Relevant Diploma from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Physically fit and able to lead intensive workout sessions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Disciplined, punctual, and a positive team player
- Knowledge of first aid is an added advantage
