DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Outbound Sales Calls:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers (pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics) to promote the company’s pharmaceutical products.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive telesales efforts.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Sales Administration:

  • Process orders from customers accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and orders in the company’s CRM system.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales agreements, and delivery schedules.

Product Knowledge:

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest product information, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and usage of the company’s products to clients.

Reporting and Performance Monitoring:

  • Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Track and report on sales KPIs and conversion rates.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and achievement of company sales objectives.
  • Share customer insights and feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Support in the coordination of deliveries and manage customer order status queries.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in Pharmacy or a related science will be an added advantage.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or sales administration within a medicine distribution or pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
