DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reach out to businesses, answer inquiries, and give them a tour of available spaces.
  • Building relationships with local businesses and entrepreneurs to make sure our spaces are top of mind when they’re looking to expand or relocate.
  • Use your understanding of the city’s dynamic business climate to highlight the building’s unique selling points and its ideal location.
  • Keep track of market trends, local business needs, and competitor properties to help tailor our spaces to what tenants are looking for.
  • Working with the building management team to ensure smooth onboarding for new tenants and keeping them happy.
  • Manage and update the building’s social media accounts and listings to showcase available spaces and highlight the building's features.
  • Work closely with current tenants to ensure their satisfaction and encourage word-of-mouth referrals for future tenants.
  • Assist in the negotiation process by providing information on rental terms, offering flexibility when needed, and ensuring a smooth transition for new tenants.
  • Help prepare and organize lease agreements, ensure all paperwork is completed correctly, and maintain accurate tenant records.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • At least 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or leasing is a plus,
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships in a fast-paced, urban environment.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships
  • A solid understanding of what makes a commercial space attractive to businesses
  • Flexible work schedule.
