DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and approach potential pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics in the CBD area to build a client base.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses.
- Understand the unique needs of each client and offer tailored solutions.
Product Promotion & Sales:
- Promote and sell the distributor's range of medicines and pharmaceutical products to targeted clients.
- Provide expert guidance and information about the company’s products, ensuring customers are informed and confident in their purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in line with the company’s policies.
Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals.
- Track and report on sales performance and progress towards goals.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive activities.
- Provide feedback on market conditions, competitors, and customer preferences to help the company adjust its offerings.
Client Support & After-Sales Service:
- Ensure that clients receive timely and accurate deliveries and handle any issues or complaints efficiently.
- Ensure continued customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and providing additional services as needed.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and submit accurate reports of sales activities, client visits, and feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all client communications and contracts in the company CRM system.
Compliance & Ethics:
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in pharmaceutical sales and distribution.
- Ensure that all business practices are compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma/Degree in pharmacy, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is highly preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, medicines, and medical products.
