DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and approach potential pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics in the CBD area to build a client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses.
  • Understand the unique needs of each client and offer tailored solutions.

Product Promotion & Sales:

  • Promote and sell the distributor's range of medicines and pharmaceutical products to targeted clients.
  • Provide expert guidance and information about the company’s products, ensuring customers are informed and confident in their purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in line with the company’s policies.

Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals.
  • Track and report on sales performance and progress towards goals.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive activities.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, competitors, and customer preferences to help the company adjust its offerings.

Client Support & After-Sales Service:

  • Ensure that clients receive timely and accurate deliveries and handle any issues or complaints efficiently.
  • Ensure continued customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and providing additional services as needed.

 Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit accurate reports of sales activities, client visits, and feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all client communications and contracts in the company CRM system.

Compliance & Ethics:

  • Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in pharmaceutical sales and distribution.
  • Ensure that all business practices are compliant with industry regulations and company policies.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma/Degree in pharmacy, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is highly preferred.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, medicines, and medical products.
