DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing detailed product information and expert advice on glass and hardware products.
- Take accurate glass measurements and provide quotes for custom-cut orders.
- Operate glass cutting tools and equipment as needed to meet customer specifications.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Process customer orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery or pickup.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the showroom.
- Respond to customer inquiries both in person and over the phone or via email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and store performance.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the glass or hardware industry.
- Knowledge of glass measurements, cutting, and installation techniques.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a good understanding of product specifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills to assist with pricing, measurements, and quotes.
