DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer technical issues
  • Install and configure different systems and applications
  • Keep track of all requests and to ensure that they meet customers’ 
  • Maintain and upgrade existing equipment, connect installed equipment to networks, and test equipment and systems to identify and resolve problems by working with application development
  • Assisting Server Engineers by taking care of basic tasks like creating user-profiles and monitoring updates and backups
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  • Educating end-users about new systems
  • Installing and maintaining hardware, operating systems and software programs
  • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • A Diploma/BSc Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunication E
  • At least 1-3 years as a technical Support in a busy ICT company/tele networking/cyber security or installation.
  • Ability to work with internal teams.
  • Analytical skills to understand client challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to explain technical solution to non-technical audience.
