DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership and Supervision

• Manage and supervise a team of workers or employees in cabro or construction

related projects.

• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Ensure the team works efficiently and adheres to deadlines and safety standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and corrective action when

Project Management

• Plan and organize construction or cabro laying activities, ensuring all tasks are

completed on time and within budget.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements

are met.

• Oversee the quality control of work, ensuring it aligns with the expected standards.

Material Management

• Ensure sufficient materials and equipment are available for ongoing projects.
• Oversee the ordering and inventory of materials such as cabros, cement, and other

construction tools.

• Monitor the usage of materials and minimize waste to optimize costs.

Budget and Cost Management

• Track project costs and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Provide input on cost estimates and recommend strategies to keep expenses low.
• Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to get the best rates.

Scheduling and Time Management

• Create detailed schedules for construction projects and ensure timelines are met.
• Adjust schedules as needed based on unforeseen delays or complications.

Communication and Reporting

• Maintain open lines of communication with senior management, clients, and

stakeholders.

• Report progress on projects, detailing completed milestones and upcoming tasks.
• Address concerns or issues from clients or team members promptly.

Problem-Solving

• Identify and resolve any challenges that arise during the course of the project,

including logistical, safety, or performance issues.

• Ensure that any delays are managed appropriately, and corrective measures are

implemented quickly.

Client Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address

concerns or changes in requirements.

• Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and clients.
• Create and implement marketing plans tailored to the cabros or construction industry, with a focus on driving product demand and brand awareness.
• Develop and execute both short-term and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer segments,needs, and buying behaviors.
• Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to ensure the company stays competitive and relevant in the market.
• Provide regular reports on market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance

• KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
• Experience in construction of concrete poles, carbos
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project planning, and scheduling
• Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
