SALES REPRESENTATIVES (10 POSITIONS)- LOGBOOK LOANS, ASSET FINANCE, AND TRADE FINANCE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet individual sales target each month to ensure continuity of business and personal growth.
• Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments with the emphasis on high quality leads.
• Achieve set sales performance targets in trade finance, and other financing products.
• Drive sustainable growth through the delivery of innovative and customized Trade Finance solutions and products to meet identified customer needs.
• Ensure all income is collected, all excise duty is charged.
• Carry out client appraisal/ due diligence including account appraisal, Award verification if need be.
• Maintain records of all guarantees issued internally.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report of all guarantees issued.
• Relationship Management.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Banking business administration, Economics or a related field
• Over 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services or microfinance sector
• Prospect, and generate new business opportunities for logbook loans, asset finance, and trade finance products
• Experience as a trade finance officer is an added advantage
