DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Generation & Business Development:
- Promote and sell hotel services, accommodation and amenities.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market penetration in assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities, both in terms of customer acquisition and market expansion.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the hospitality sector to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to marketing and product development teams.
- Identify competitor products and pricing strategies to adapt sales tactics and improve performance.
Product Knowledge & Training:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's services range and features.
- Provide product training to customers, helping them understand the benefits and unique selling points of the products.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Track sales performance, generate sales reports, and provide forecasts for future sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions in CRM or other company systems.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management review.
Promotions & Marketing Support:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and advertising campaigns.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales promotions, discounts, and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and sales events to promote the hotel.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Entry level position for someone looking to grow in marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers.
- Customer-centric and passionate
- Good organizational and time management skills.
