DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the mechanical equipment sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and technical support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Track sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends to ensure continuous improvement.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding sales performance.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in selling mechanical equipment, with a solid understanding of the industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- A valid driver’s license may be required depending on the role.
