DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the mechanical equipment sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and technical support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Track sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding sales performance.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in selling mechanical equipment, with a solid understanding of the industry.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required depending on the role.
