DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, search engines, email, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for digital growth.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and create a content calendar aligned with business goals.
- Develop engaging and creative social media posts, stories, and ads to drive engagement and increase followers.
- Analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand visual and written content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, emails, and social media.
- Collaborate with the content team to write, design, and produce compelling content to engage audiences.
- Develop infographics, banners, and other multimedia content.
Graphic Design & Visual Content:
- Design eye-catching digital assets such as banners, social media posts, web graphics, and promotional materials.
- Work on brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s visual identity.
- Develop animations, motion graphics, and video content as needed for social media campaigns and website content.
3D Animation:
- Use 3D animation software to create captivating animations and interactive designs for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce visually appealing 3D content for product demos, advertisements, and promotional videos.
SEO & SEM:
- Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize web pages, blog content, and other digital assets to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), ensuring optimization and budget allocation are aligned with company objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across various platforms using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvements based on data-driven results.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to ensure marketing campaigns align with broader company goals.
- Support the marketing department in other activities as required, including events, promotions, and partnerships.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in graphic design and social media marketing, with a proven ability to create and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools. Experience in creating visually compelling content for digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of content marketing strategies, SEO, and SEM
- Experience with 3D animation and tools like Blender, Autodesk Maya, or Cinema 4D.
