DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

B2B Sales Development:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the branding and printing industry, targeting corporate clients, advertising agencies, design studios, and other businesses needing branding or printing services.
  • Build and maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, lead generation, and referrals.
  • Conduct client needs analysis and provide customized solutions, demonstrating the company's product offerings and how they align with the clients’ branding and printing needs.
  • Present and negotiate pricing and contracts with clients while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure services are delivered on time, quality standards are met, and their needs are fully addressed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Sales Targets and Reporting:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports to the management team, detailing sales progress, market trends, client feedback, and opportunities for growth.

Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and promotional materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to specific client needs.
  • Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, or conferences to raise brand awareness and generate new leads.

Market Analysis and Competitor Research:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in branding, printing technologies, and industry standards.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and customer demands.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the product development and marketing teams to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration with Production and Design Teams:

  • Work closely with the internal production, design, and operations teams to ensure that client orders are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Communicate client specifications, preferences, and feedback to the relevant teams, ensuring smooth execution of orders.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B Sales.
  • Experience in the branding and printing industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals, negotiate effectively, and build long-term business relationships.
  • Good understanding of branding, printing processes, and product offerings.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor presentations to different audiences.
