DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Consultation: Understand customer business needs and technical challenges to recommend appropriate ICT solutions.
  • Solution Design: Design and configure technical solutions
  • Presentations & Demos: Deliver product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing solution benefits and functionalities.
  • Proposal Support: Assist in creating technical proposals, including cost estimates, solution architecture, and system specifications.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to align technical solutions with sales strategies and client objectives.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive solutions, and new technologies.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, address technical queries, and provide post-sales support.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • A Diploma/BSc Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunication E
  • At least 5 plus years of experience as pre-sales technical support engineer in a busy ICT company/ Tele networking or cyber security.
  • Knowledge of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Ability to support the sales team with technical input, solution recommendations, and client-facing materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their technical needs and business goals
