DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market research: Identifying potential customers and their needs
- Sales: Prospecting, making sales presentations, and closing deals
- Client relationships: Building relationships with clients and managing client contacts
- Sales forecasting: Accurately forecasting sales
- Product presentations: Preparing and delivering presentations on products and services
- Sales reporting: Creating reports with sales and financial data
- Stock availability: Ensuring stock is available for sales and demonstrations
- Company representation: Participating in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company
- Negotiations: Negotiating and closing deals
- Customer feedback: Gathering feedback from customers and sharing it with internal teams
- Team collaboration: Working with team members to achieve better results
- Product delivery: Working with ICT service delivery to ensure on-time delivery of products and solutions
- Customer information: Updating customer information on the ERP system.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- A Diploma/BSc Degree in ICT, Computer science or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in ICT sales, business development or a related role
- Understanding of ICT solutions such software, hardware, cloud computing, cybersecurity and IT services.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse client needs and propose customized ICT solutions.
- Ability to present complex technical information in a simple and compelling way.
- Ability to analyse client needs and design tailored IT solutions
