DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Design Creation:

  • Conceptualize and create original designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to packaging, digital marketing assets, print media, and motion graphics.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and the company’s visual identity.
  • Develop innovative design solutions that are on-trend and aligned with current market dynamics.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Present and justify design concepts to internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new campaigns and projects.

 Project & Time Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and ensure high-quality work within the stipulated time frame.

Brand Consistency & Attention to Detail:

  • Maintain consistency in design across all materials, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Implement color management, material selection, and print specifications to ensure the highest quality production.

Technical & Motion Graphics Skills:

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to create and edit designs.
  • Develop motion graphics and basic video content for digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.

 Industry Awareness:

  • Stay current with design trends, packaging regulations, and consumer behavior, especially within the FMCG industry.
  • Bring innovative solutions and creativity into the design process to maintain a competitive edge.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the FMCG industry or a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in packaging design, digital marketing assets, and print media.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and basic video editing is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
