DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Processing and Management:

  • Receive and process export orders from international clients.
  • Prepare and verify all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Logistics and Shipping:

  • Arrange and coordinate international shipments via sea, air, and land freight.
  • Negotiate freight rates and services with shipping companies and freight forwarders.
  • Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Resolve any shipping or delivery issues that may arise.

Customs Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit customs documentation accurately and on time.
  • Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and trade agreements.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients regarding export inquiries and order status.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Address and resolve client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and organized export records and files.
  • Prepare and submit export reports as required.

Market Research and Sales Support:

  • Assist in export sales activities, and market research.
  • Provide support to the sales team with export related information.

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales, export administration, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of customs procedures and regulations
  • Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing sector is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
