DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead generation through cold calling, research and networking for the project.
- Assist in documenting and creating summary reports of the ongoing projects
- Developing and maintaining database as required on regular basis.
- Market Research work related to Business and New area of operations
- With respect to Customer Service - To profile the prospects, understand their concerns and requirements for smooth flow of day to day task of the sales team as well as Vendors
- Follow up with the UCO Officers for the visits planned if proposed by the Team Leads
- Communicating within the Departments for smooth operations
- Maintain regular follow-up and interaction with the identified prospects for proper and complete understanding of requirements,
- Follow-ups regarding Pick up of UCO.
- Maintain and regular housekeeping of the Master data of the vendors
- Assist the Sales team with system onboarding on various App
- Build and promote strong and long-lasting interpersonal customer relationships with existing and new clients.
- Supporting all initiatives undertaken by Business in the marketplace
- Market research towards focused market initiatives or development plan
- Monitoring of all relevant data of company’s ERP system
- Coordinate with Logistics toward improving service levels for collections – receivables management and alignment with service providers

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 2-4 years in Customer Support, specifically in a business development or support function
- Familiarity with databases and information systems, ensuring effective data management.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and their role in tracking business operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Proven multitasking and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting targets
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals
- Willingness to occasionally perform fieldwork as needed
