DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to customers for various purposes (e.g., surveys, follow-up, or sales).
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service during interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and promptly.
- Ensure all customer interactions are recorded accurately in the system.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and quality.
- Provide consistent feedback on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products/services.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Prior experience in a call centre environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Presentable, professional, and adaptable to changing environments.
