DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to customers for various purposes (e.g., surveys, follow-up, or sales).
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service during interactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and promptly.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are recorded accurately in the system.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and quality.
  • Provide consistent feedback on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products/services.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in any field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Prior experience in a call centre environment is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Presentable, professional, and adaptable to changing environments.
