DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, following established recipes and customer preferences.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including coffee machines and equipment.
• Assist in restocking inventory and ensuring proper storage of coffee products.
• Keep up with product knowledge and any promotional offers.
• Handle customer inquiries and address complaints professionally and promptly.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience working as a Barista in a busy café or coffee shop.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• A passion for coffee and creating a positive customer experience.
