DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and Engage Prospects: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through market research, networking, and outbound sales strategies.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with decision-makers across enterprise organizations to understand their challenges and demonstrate how the company’s solutions address their needs.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting value propositions and ROI.
- Sales Cycle Management: Drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and
professional communication.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals by converting leads into long-term clients.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader in the SaaS space.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring transparency and pipeline visibility
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in software sales, preferably in B2B sales or SaaS (Software as a Service).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical clients.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and match them with appropriate software solutions.
