DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and Engage Prospects: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through market research, networking, and outbound sales strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with decision-makers across enterprise organizations to understand their challenges and demonstrate how the company’s solutions address their needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting value propositions and ROI.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and

professional communication.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals by converting leads into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader in the SaaS space.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring transparency and pipeline visibility

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in software sales, preferably in B2B sales or SaaS (Software as a Service).
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical clients.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage clients at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and match them with appropriate software solutions.
  • Salary to be commensurate with Experience
