DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure that customers' needs are met throughout their dining experience.
  • Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints.
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting tables and cleaning after meals.
  • Assist in restocking supplies such as condiments, napkins, and utensils.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the menu, specials, and promotions.
  • Monitor customer dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with any other duties as required by management.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Attentive to detail and able to handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays.
