DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, provide detailed information about menu items, and offer recommendations.
• Answer customers' questions and address complaints promptly and politely.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
• Set up and prepare tables for customers, ensuring they are clean and tidy.
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area at all times.
• Present bills and collect payments using the designated payment methods.
• Handle cash, card transactions, and tips with accuracy and accountability.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods to maintain a high level of service.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Proven experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A friendly and welcoming attitude with excellent customer service skills.
