DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Distribution:
- Load, transport, and deliver soft drinks to retail and wholesale customers using the company tuktuk.
 - Ensure full coverage of assigned routes and expand customer base through prospecting new clients.
 - Upsell products to existing customers and identify opportunities for volume growth.
 
Customer Service:
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and timely deliveries.
 - Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate issues where necessary.
 
Stock Management:
- Ensure correct loading and unloading of stock and maintain proper product handling during transit.
 - Reconcile stock at the beginning and end of each day, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
 
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate sales records, delivery notes, and collect payments (if applicable).
 - Submit daily sales reports, receipts, and any required documentation to the office.
 
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Ensure the tuktuk is clean, roadworthy, and maintained in good condition.
 - Report any vehicle faults or servicing needs promptly.
 
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Tuk-tuk Salesman in FMCG, preferably soft drinks or related products
 - Valid Rider or Tuk-tuk license (Class FG) with a clean driving record
 - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 - Physically fit and able to handle lifting and moving crates
 - Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under minimal supervision
