DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage recruitment processes: drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and procedures.
  • Support management in strategic HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop training materials, programs, and workshops tailored to company needs.
  • Deliver training sessions across departments on various topics including onboarding, professional development, and soft skills.
  • Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend tailored training interventions.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to staff and management on HR policies and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive organizational culture through team-building initiatives and staff engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR and training programs with organizational goals.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of HR experience in a busy, fast-paced organization
  • Proven experience in recruitment, staff training, and performance management
  • Experience in developing and delivering training content
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
