DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Manage recruitment processes: drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and procedures.
- Support management in strategic HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Develop training materials, programs, and workshops tailored to company needs.
- Deliver training sessions across departments on various topics including onboarding, professional development, and soft skills.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend tailored training interventions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff and management on HR policies and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive organizational culture through team-building initiatives and staff engagement activities.
- Collaborate with management to align HR and training programs with organizational goals.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience in a busy, fast-paced organization
- Proven experience in recruitment, staff training, and performance management
- Experience in developing and delivering training content
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
