DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement and growth.
  • Create and schedule regular posts, updates, and content that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to track performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media, ensuring positive engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to create marketing campaigns, contests, and promotions that align with brand goals.
  • Drive traffic to the company website through optimized content, promotions, and social media campaigns.
  • Write and curate creative content for posts, captions, and advertisements.

Content Creation:

  • Write creative and informative AI-driven articles for the company blog, ensuring all content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Develop compelling copy for email newsletters, product descriptions, and other marketing materials.
  • Assist in basic graphic design tasks (using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark) to create visually appealing posts and marketing materials.
  • Ensure that all content produced aligns with brand guidelines and tone.

Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, redirecting inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Perform light administrative tasks, including managing schedules, bookings, and office supplies.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide general support to other team members as needed.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in any field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Basic graphic design skills (familiarity with Canva, Adobe Spark, or other design software).
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
