DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy
- Create and implement a results-driven social media strategy tailored to business objectives.
- Align campaigns with brand voice, target audience, and overall marketing strategy.
- Set clear goals for reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
Plan and Run Paid Media Campaigns
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Monitor ad spend and campaign budgets to ensure optimal ROI.
- Develop landing page concepts or collaborate with web teams for better conversion rates.
Content Planning and Scheduling
- Design and maintain a monthly content calendar that reflects marketing initiatives, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Ensure consistent posting across all relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Write compelling copy for social posts, captions, and ads in line with the brand’s tone.
Creative Content Development
- Use tools like Canva to create visually engaging content such as infographics, reels, storyboards, and carousel posts.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, or videographers when needed.
- Repurpose content across platforms while adapting to best practices (e.g., short-form video for Instagram Reels or TikTok).
Monitor and Engage with Online Communities
- Respond to messages, comments, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Build relationships with followers and influencers to increase brand loyalty and reach.
- Monitor social sentiment and flag any potential issues or crisis communications needs.
Track, Analyze, and Report Performance
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite (or similar tools) to track performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, conversions).
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports outlining campaign performance, audience insights, and growth.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads or Google Digital Garage)
- Proven track record of driving performance through paid media campaigns
- Familiarity with key digital marketing tools such as: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva or Hootsuite (or similar scheduling platforms)
- Strong understanding of key social media metrics and how to optimize content based on insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a results-driven approach
