SECURITY INCHARGE/SUPERVISOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily security operations at the construction site, ensuring a safe and secure environment for workers and visitors.
• Supervise and manage the security team, ensuring they follow established security protocols and procedures.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and security systems to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to the site.
• Conduct regular security checks around the site to assess potential risks or vulnerabilities.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with local authorities if needed.
• Maintain a log of security activities, incidents, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory security requirements.
• Liaise with site management to address and resolve any security concerns.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
• Certification in security management or related field is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of security personnel effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with site personnel and external stakeholders.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
