JOB SUMMARY
Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of the company products by actively engaging with customers, building relationships, and driving sales. Leveraging their industry experience, the candidate will identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the health, wellness, and
- food industries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Expand market presence by acquiring new customers and establishing
partnerships.
- Ability to work with new retailers for new product listing.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research and Reporting:
- Monitor trends and demand within the health and wellness market for company
products.
- Analyze competitor activity and identify opportunities for market differentiation.
- Collect customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Product Knowledge and Representation:
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products, including
their health benefits, applications, and unique selling points.
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, health expos, and other
events when and as required.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other
relevant data.
- Follow-up on outstanding customer payments.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the beauty & health, wellness, or food products industry is mandatory.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand customer bases.
- Experience with natural or health-focused products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling capabilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to create reports.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory
