DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively promote and sell the company’s products to new and existing customers within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess product visibility, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Ensure proper merchandising and branding of products at retail outlets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies, activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold brand values at all times.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales processes, distribution channels, and FMCG market dynamics
- Valid motorcycle license is an added advantage
