· Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
· Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
· Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to provide informed recommendations to clients.
· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
· Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
· Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including preparing and presenting sales proposals.
· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after the sale is complete.
· Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
· Proven ability to sell Lubricants
· Strong understanding of lubricants products and applications. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and market demands.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
· Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
